These are the main reasons for not being paid for a shift you worked.
- Forgot to check-in
- 1st time AT payments typically take up to 7 days to process. After that transactions take 48 hours to process
- Entered in the wrong bank account and/or routing number
- Re-entered your bank information multiple times
Remember, when you try and access your bank account section it will always show up blank due to security protection reasons. Once your bank info is entered and saved, it is stored in our internal systems. When you try and access your bank account information section again it will clear your existing bank info and have you upload your information again.
In order to be compensated for a missing payment please email the required info below to ContactUs@go4ellis.com. From there our customer service team will work with the finance department to issue a force payment to your account. Please allow a couple extra of business days to process.
