Go4Ellis plans to expand to every major metro area of the country. Right now we are open in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Florida, and Colorado. We plan to open in Texas and California over the next few months. The Midwest and Chicago in particular are high expansion priorities, hopefully by the Fall. We were at GLATA last month and got a great response from the state leaders we met with.
We are undergoing a controlled rollout because we want to make sure we have enough ATs on the platform so that when we open in a new state or city, the jobs get filled and event operators keep coming back and using Go4Ellis. Right now we have approximately [#] athletic trainers in [insert location] registered on the platform. For a market that size we really want about [#] ATs in order to launch successfully. We will continue to work on getting to that threshold.
Go4Ellis requires that all ATs on our platform have professional liability insurance that covers per diem work, and you must post proof of insurance to the credentials section of your profile before you may apply for work. If ATs have insurance through their full-time job that covers per diem work then they are all set. If not, they will need to purchase a separate per diem policy. We have a relationship with Mercer where ATs who are NATA Members can get a per diem policy at a discounted and very reasonable rate.
